From The M4 Eastbound
Leave the M4 at junction 45, and turn right onto the A4067 (sign posted Swansea). Take the second slip road sign posted to the "The Lakeside Shopping Park: and at the roundabout turn left. At the next roundabout turn right. At the next roundabout (Curry's Superstore on right hand side) turn left. At the next roundabout turn right onto Phoenix Way. The hotel is 1/2 mile along on the right hand side.

From The M4 Westbound
Leave the M4 at junction 44, taking the A48 (sign posted Llansamlet). Turn left at the third set of traffic lights opposite The Smiths Arms (these lights are directly after the second). Continue along this road past a Tesco store on your left hand side. At the mini roundabout, turn right at the next roundabout, (with Ceramics Tiles opposite), turn left into Phoenix Way. The hotel is 1/2 a mile on the right hand side.
